I have read so many negative comments, and very few were addressed and the ones that were addressed , were addressed with more promo, no reply to the actual complaint. Customer service is a must to clubs, hotels, restaurants etc... and not addressing basically the same complaint over and over from the customers is a horrible customer service. Oh wait sorry my bad most complaints about the security is from black people, obviously to the club , black people complaints dosnt count! Change your security staff, their shit!
